Shipping – Revive Procare

Please be patient as we process your order. We are doing our best to ensure that purchases made by 12 p.m PST, Monday through Friday are processed the same day. Standard Shipping procedures at Revive ProCare require up to 7 business days for UPS ground deliveries once you’ve received your order confirmation.

International

International orders will ship via USPS and do not include duties imposed by the buyer’s country. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original estimated delivery time.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from Revive ProCare, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Revive ProCare. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Short Orders

Inventory may be subject to availability. Inventory shortages will be reflected on your order status within 3 business days of initial order. During high volume periods, order processing may be delayed. This includes sales and special holidays. If an item on order is no longer available, this item will be removed from your order and a refund will be placed to your account. In this instance you will receive an email indicating the removed style and refund amount. All other items will be maintained and shipped based on standard shipping terms.

Holiday Shipping

Revive Procare offices and the shipping warehouse are closed during nationally recognized holidays. Orders placed after 12pm (Pacific Time) on the business day prior to the holiday will not process until the first business day following that holiday.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us and we care about how your information is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities.

We provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as description, to our international carriers. Order information provided by Revive Procare may be communicated by the shipping carrier and to customs authorities in order to facilitate clearance and comply with local laws.
